I was quite disturbed reading the local news on government decision allowing franchise cafe to open their business in local campus.. I've tried to see and view this issue through different angle..They said students like to hang out at franchise cafe due to Wi Fi service to complete their assignment.. Is it true? I doubt the reason... It's quite helpless, all I can say, the idea is rubbish and serve no purpose. The hike of the oil price, on government urge of changing lifestyle, yet they happily introduce franchise cafe to the students. Can somebody tell me the price of a cup of coffee at such places? Campus is the place to learn not to spend money on a cup of expensive coffee.. Why introduce such lifestyle to our young generation? Well, they said hey! there's local franchise cafe what.. The price is cheaper compared to the well known branded franchise cafe. Still, it serve no purpose... lot of other places that our student can hang out and complete their assignment with Wi Fi service instead of starbucks or kopitiam... pleaseee...I rather make a cup of coffee at home......
